We get it — vacation plans change. Here's exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

More than 24 hours before your rental
100% refund

Cancel any time before the 24-hour cutoff and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked.

Within 24 hours of your rental
Refund minus $20 fee

Late cancellations cost us a delivery slot we can't easily refill, so we retain a $20 cancellation fee. The remainder is refunded.

Weather cancellations are always free

If we cancel for unsafe conditions (lightning, dangerous surf, named tropical systems), you receive a 100% refund or a free reschedule — your choice. If you're worried about a forecast and want to cancel preemptively, contact us — we'd rather rebook you for a great day than send you out in a storm.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method (your card via Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days. We'll email you a confirmation when the refund is processed.

No-shows

If you don't show up for your scheduled delivery and don't cancel beforehand, the rental is non-refundable.
